– Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns and PR initiatives for the Sporthotel am Semmering
– Development and maintenance of our social media presence: content creation, trend analysis and active dialogue with the community
– Development and management of SMM strategies, use of modern tools such as LinkTree and QR codes to provide guests with smooth information provision
– Creating marketing materials and working with external partners to create photo and video content
– Strategic collaboration with the Sales and F&B team to inspire and retain hotel guests through digital channels
– Planning and support of events
– Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and regular reporting
Your profile
– Completed training or studies in the field of marketing, communication or business administration
– Professional experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally in the hotel or tourism industry
– Sound knowledge and experience in the use of social networks, Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
– A keen sense for social media trends and appealing, high-quality content
– Analytical thinking and experience in budget management and reporting
– Strong communication skills, team spirit and enthusiasm for new challenges
– Very good communication skills in German and English
