Semmering Bikepark comprises various routes of all levels of difficulty with a total length of 18 kilometres.
- Easy: Perfect for beginners, returners and families with mountain bike experience. Ideal for improving your riding technique while having fun.
- Medium: Ideal for both beginners and advanced riders. Expect a mix of berms, jumps, and thrilling downhill sections.
- Hard: Designed for experienced riders. These black trails feature high jumps, steep berms, rocky terrain, and technical challenges.
The easier family trails (easy) are recommended for children aged 8 and above, while the more challenging trails (medium and hard) are suitable for riders aged 10 and older.
The terms and conditions of use of Bikepark Semmering and the trail rules must be observed by all bikers. For minors, a declaration of consent from a parent or legal guardian is required in order to use the bike park.

The little 1x1 of biking
Bonerlog – wooden ramp with a steep “launch angle”
Chickenway – easy bypass of difficult passages (marked with a blue chicken)
Double – 2 pumps that can be jumped (“doubled”)
Drop – jump (fall) over a straight wooden ramp
Dropbatterie – several drops of different heights in a row
Gap Jump – jump over a “pit”
Hip Jump – Jump with landing offset in direction
Kicker – Wooden ramp with a curved jump, very suitable for “getting air under the bike”
Landerbag – air cushion that can be jumped into, landed on and extended
Pumps – Unevenness (bumps) in the lane, ideal for increasing or reducing driving speed
Singletrail – stands for a “trail” that is so narrow that you cannot ride side by side or overtake on it
Table – jump that is connected to a straight surface, easy to ride over, perfect for beginners
Uphill – the way back to the start –> in the bike park with the cable car 😉
Wallride – Part of the route on a wall made of wood and earth
blaue Linie – Wooden construction may be driven over

Become a member
The FSV welcomes every new member. To become part of the FSV family, it is necessary to complete the FSV membership form and send it to fsv.zauberberg@gmail.com. All important information about the FSV can be found in the Association statutes. The membership fee is €15 for the first year, then €10 per year.
As a member, you enjoy numerous benefits (e.g. free bike training, joint activities, etc.) and have the opportunity to be very close to the racing action as a marshal at bike events in Bikepark Semmering. There are great goodies in the form of vouchers and free tickets for helping out at such events.
Free bike training sessions:
The Bikestore Semmering organizes free training sessions (2 hours) for all members. Good riding technique and a functioning bike are required. This is not a riding technique course, but a training course specifically geared towards downhill. The minimum number of participants is 5 people.
Register by email to semmering@bikestore.cc with the subject “FSV Training + Date” at least 5 days before the date. Dates will follow in good time.

The Bikestore shop is located directly at the valley station of the cable car and not only offers the latest downhill bikes including complete protective equipment for hire, but also spare parts, accessories and clothing from various brands.The well-trained staff are happy to answer any questions and a mechanic is on hand to help with any technical problems.

Bikepark Semmering offers around 18 km of trails for all skill levels: easy trails for beginners and families, medium trails for intermediate riders, and challenging black trails for experienced bikers with jumps, rock gardens, and steep sections.
Yes. Helmets are mandatory, and full-face helmets are recommended. All trail rules and usage conditions must be followed. Minors require a signed consent form from a legal guardian.
Use of the bike park is not permitted for children under 6 years old.
Children aged 6 to 10 may only use the “Family” trail under constant supervision of an adult.
Youth aged 10 to 15 may use age-appropriate trails, but a responsible adult must be present on the bike park premises.
The adult is responsible for supervising the child, checking their equipment, and explaining trail signage and usage conditions in advance.
Trail age recommendations:
• “Family” trails: Recommended from age 6+
• “Freeride” trails: Recommended from age 10+
• “Downhill” trail: Recommended from age 12+
Yes, the Bikepark Semmering is part of the Gravity Card network. Gravity Card holders have free access to the bike park.
Yes, the Bikestore at the valley station offers the latest downhill bikes including full protective gear for rent. Spare parts, accessories, clothing, and a workshop with expert staff are also available. More info about rentals here.
